Lazy Otter Charters Cancellation Policy
Deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation. Balance will be collected at the time of departure. Notice of cancellation 15 days in advance will receive full refund minus a 2.5% fee to cover credit card charges we will incur. 15-8 days notice a 50% refund will be
given. Cancellations within 7 days of the date of travel deposits will be forfeited. If the Captain deems the weather is unacceptable or unsafe, we will work to reschedule or fully refund your trip deposit.
